We believe in keeping things simple, smart, and human. Every project starts with listening and ends with something we're proud to share.
-
Integrity, creativity, and empathy shape the way we work. These aren't just words—they’re the foundation of everything we build.
-
What began as a passion project has evolved into something more. We’re proud of where we’ve been and even more excited for what’s ahead. What sets us apart isn’t just our process—it’s the intention behind it. We take time to understand, explore, and create with purpose at every turn.
Funding & Rebates
-
If you have a Medicare card, you are eligible to receive a mental health care plan referral from your GP (or in some instances by a psychiatrist, paediatrician, or consultant physician), which will grant you up to 10 Medicare rebated sessions per calendar year.
The current Medicare rebate is $96.65 per session. We will process your Medicare rebate automatically once payment is received.
However, you do not need to have a mental health care plan to attend counselling sessions. In this case, there will be a full out-of-pocket cost without a Medicare rebate. -
Self- or plan-managed NDIS participants who have psychology funding are eligible to use this for their sessions.
Consult with your Local Area Coordinator or Support Coordinator to discuss your options, or submit an inquiry below.
-
You may be eligible for rebates based on your insurance policy and Private Health insurer. Please check your policy for more information. Receipts and invoices can be sent to you upon payment for claiming.
Cancellation Policy
When you book a session, the whole hour is reserved for you. Our cancellation policy is in place to ensure that if you cannot attend your appointment, we have adequate notice to offer that appointment to someone else on our waitlist.
We send automatic appointment reminders before sessions, however, we also request you to personally keep track of your appointment dates and times.
Please provide us with 48 hours notice should you wish to cancel or change your appointment. If less than 48 hours notice is given, a 50% late cancellation fee will be charged.
If less than 24 hours notice is given, an appointment is missed, or no notice of cancellation is given up until the time of your appointment, the full session fee will be charged. Cancellation fees will need to be paid prior to the next scheduled appointment.
Cancellation fees are not covered by Medicare.
If you are unable to make it to your appointment due to an unexpected personal emergency or illness, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss the situation.
